Harper Learning Academy provides a student-centered pedagogy that includes Project and Problem-Based teaching methods.  We aim to maintain small classroom sizes of a maximum of 12 students per teacher. Moreover, our teaching methods include research-based strategies that address the different learning modalities of our students: visual (spatial), aural (auditory-musical, verbal (linguistic), physical (kinesthetic), logical (mathematical), social (interpersonal), and solitary (intrapersonal). 

Our instruction is designed for our students to experience hands-on and real-life learning. Therefore, one of the five instructional days is set aside for " Field Learning." Field Learning includes community service trips, career exploration, or STEM labs.
